Microdermabrasion

The microdermabrasion treatment is a safe, non-invasive, and progressive treatment that provides gentle epidermal abrasion to remove 30% to 50% of the surface layers of the skin consisting of dead cells. This treatment reveals a newer, younger, and healthier looking skin. This increases blood supply to the surface layers of the skin and stimulate microcirculation to promote regeneration of skin. This also simulates the formation of new elastin and collagen to improve your skin elasticity and texture.

The treatment has little or no discomfort, those with sensitive skin may experience a slight sensation that resembles a cat lick or mild sunburn. The skin appears to have a pink glow after the treatment and most activities may be resumed almost immediately. Microdermabrasion is a versatile treatment that can improve uneven and granular skin, enlarged pores, skin sensitivity, sun damage, and fine lines, and improve the condition of wrinkles.

Microdermabrasion is gentle and safe for most skin types. Individuals with severe rosacea or active acne may not be a candidate for this procedure, our skincare specialists will carefully assess the skin and recommend the appropriate treatment for you. Microdermabrasion may be performed in combination with chemical peels such as salicylic peel to deep cleanse the pores, reduce the condition of acne, exfoliate skin superficially and remove excess sebum and oils.
