Trust Pharmacy is an international service. We cooperate with service which is able to deliver your products irrespective of your place of living. We offer our customers to choose among the following shipping options:
- Regular Airmail (2-3 business weeks);
- Express Courier System (5-9 business days).
The first above option doesn’t provide tracking. The maximum delivery time is 30 business days. If something happens with your parcel you should immediately contact our customer care support service. In any case, you will get reshipment or refund of the order you have paid for.
The second option offers a tracking option for customers. The maximum delivery time is 14 days. If your parcel is damaged or lost during delivery you are welcome to address customer care department. The operator will try to cope with your problem as fast as possible.
In any case, a customer has the right to return the parcel within 30 business days if something wrong is with medications. We will guarantee you this problem will be solved in the shortest possible time.
Payment options
Trust Pharmacy tries to enlarge the number of payment options. They accept credit cards and ACH (bank transfer). The following credit cards may be used to pay for an order: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover. Unfortunately, an eChecks option is unavailable at the right moment.
